Claudia Sanhueza Riveros


Bachelor of Economics from the University of Chile and PhD in Economics from the University of Cambridge.

She founded and directed the Center for Economics and Social Policy, was an adjunct researcher at the Center for Conflict and Social Cohesion (COES), World Fellow at the World Inequality Lab, as well as director of Saberes Colectivos. Undersecretary Sanhueza served as president of the Pension Advisory Council in 2014 and was a member of the CASEN Expert Panel from 2015 to 2017. During the first year of President Gabriel Boric's administration, she was the Undersecretary of Finance.
